A few months ago we’ve signed a distribution contract with Sinbon for the Swiss market. The cooperation has long been in preparation. We’ve visited them several times in Taiwan and they came to visit us in our Swiss office. After a careful market analysis and analysis of our customer’s needs we came to the conclusion that there is a lot of potential and too much added value for our customers and that we need to seize this business opportunity. We are very pleased and honored to be able to gain the trust of such an outstanding market player, which works for many top players in the electronic market.
Sinbon, founded 1989, specializes in state-of-the-art cable assembly, antenna building, integrated cable-/antenna-solutions and even integrated equipment assembly. But telling you that they are simply a manufacturing company would be far too short-sighted. They are much more than that. Together with our team and the support of Sinbon’s highly qualified engineering team we can offer our customer a total production service.
This means we will help you with a smooth transition from your initial technical drawings and specifications to a product, which is ready for mass production. Our services include a careful production feasibility analysis, where we find solutions for your requirements and wishes. We will identify the production boundaries if relevant and propose solutions in how to overcome them. Then we will do the prototyping, either once or with an iterating process, if little things such as color needs to be adjusted to the CI/CD of the customer. In a next step the product enters into mass production. After that, we will take care of the shipment and we also allow for VMI-integration. Of course, it is needless to say that we also provide a complete after-sales service. All in all, working with etronics means saving time. And time is money. Especially since you can not buy more time for money without hiring new staff.
But this cooperation not only has a rational aspect. In the past couple of years we really came to appreciate the Sinbon team. They are attentive, supportive, reliable and have a very high education level. It is not surprising that we already have some very interesting projects in the pipeline and we can’t wait to have the first products ready to be delivered to our customers.

Oxygen sensor cable
The O2 Oxygen Sensor Cable is adapted on the engine for exhaust density measurements. The conductor is both designed with tinned copper and stainless conductor. The maximum temperature for the connector is 120°C and for the cable it is 150°C. Moreover Sinbon has a 100% connection / conductivity test.

Heavy duty wind turbine connection cable
The heavy duty connection cable of Sinbon can withstand the maximum voltage of 600V. It is applied between main control system of wind turbines and the pitch control box. These are all customer-specific products which are not subject to trading. We are able to display these products with the permission of the respective customers.
